Course Description:
Young children are born ready to learn and explore. Infant and toddler teachers and caregivers take on the role of loving facilitator, as children absorb information and take in sensory input from the world around them. Through giving infants and toddlers uninterrupted time to explore and play, their natural interests emerge and skills like initiative, focus, persistence, and attention develop. Infants and toddlers learn best when supported in their own choice of activity and are provided opportunities for play and discovery.
