Child Care Council of Nassau Celebrates

National CACFP Week

Starting March 12th, 2017



CACFP Week is a campaign designed to raise awareness of how CACFP works to combat hunger and bring healthy foods to the table across the country.  In the spirit of this year's National CACFP Week, Council will conduct a recipe contest, which was open to all child care providers who participate in CACFP.  Put on your apron and chef's hat and be apart of our recipe contest!  Send us your favorite recipe for a healthy snack.


Grand Prize includes:

Certificate for a free training at Council

Your recipe printed on our website!

Contest Rules:

Participant MUST be an active CACFP member.

One winner to be chosen by CCCN staff.

Your name and phone # must be on your submission.

It can be a favorite recipe or a creation as long as it is a creditable, healthy snack, is kid-friendly, and meets CACFP requirements!
